She has significant Strategic HR experience at director level with a professional background that spans the corporate and not for profit sector. Including heading up a Kent based social enterprise and working freelance as a consultant and board advisor, for both SME’s and large corporations.
Her multifaceted life and professional experience have shaped her strength to engage and influence others, by inspiring thought-provoking projects and conversations. Her in-depth knowledge of values development and organisational culture has fostered Rebecca’s gift for nurturing groups and communities.
